Booklaka: Meaning 'it's the way you move' is
a brand new dance exercise class fusing together lots of different
styles of dance into one fantastic workout!
50+ Keep Fit: A low impact class starting with
keep fit exercises put together with music into a fun routine,
followed by different stretching & toning exercises.
50+ Stretch & Tone: Gentle stretching &
toning exercises put into a sequence to music partly standing
and partly seated on a chair.
Abs & Core Tone: This exercise class will
consist of moves, sequences and routines put together in the perfect
way to 'tone' your abdominals. We will use the newest and most
up to date research and techniques to target the 'core' muscles'
around your waist, giving you a 'firmer' stomach and a more defined
waistline!

area, our church hall is ideal for your childrens parties, please
note however – no alcohol or smoking is allowed on the premises.
